  • New law reduces Ohio add-back requirements

    A new law, Am. Sub. H.B. 365, sponsored by OSCPA member Rep. Peter Beck, CPA, R-Mason, will allow business taxpayers who claim an enhanced federal income tax depreciation deduction to reduce the amount of the deduction the taxpayer must add-back for Ohio income tax purposes.
