    Question: I have a LLC company formed and am going to start new business in the advertising industry. I also got the EIN number. But we are two members in the company (my husband and myself) and while filling out the EIN form, it by default regarded us as a Partnership firm. So when we start the business and file for taxes: What is the best option for a small company like us? Should we change our status to Corporate by filing Form 8832? What should be our next step?

    Question: I am an Alaskan CPA. I have a client who moved to Ohio in 2013. She lives in Pickerington and is in the Pickerington School District. She is a senior citizen and received retirement income. Is she subject to the School District tax? Or is there an exemption for retired senior citizens.
