Ohio CPA Foundation elects new slate of officers
The Ohio CPA Foundation Board of Directors unanimously elected Jerry L. Esselstein, CPA as its new chair. William B. La Place, CPA, was re-elected as the Foundation’s treasurer.
Esselstein takes over as chair following his leadership on OSCPA’s successful Centennial Campaign, which raised gifts and commitments in excess of the $1.5 million for the Foundaiton. More than $1 million will create a permanent, unrestricted endowment for The Ohio CPA Foundation and $500,000 will support and expand current Foundation programs while the endowment is built over five years.

The Ohio CPA Foundation supports accounting and financial literacy education, and programs to interest students in selecting accounting as their major and becoming future CPAs.
