Military families have enough worries, especially when a family member is away on active duty. To ease the burden of tax preparation for those left at home, The Ohio Society of CPAs offers the Operation CPA program for deployed military families. From January through April, certified public accountants throughout Ohio will prepare tax returns free of charge for military personnel who are permanent residents of Ohio and currently deployed outside of the state.
