Senate hears testimony on tax fundamentals and reform
The U.S. Senate’s Finance Committee heard testimony this week about the nation’s tax policy at a tax fundamentals hearing.
Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, referred to the hearing as a “kick-off event,” as Congress plans to tackle tax reform. The hearing provided an education opportunity for the Finance Committee.
