Ohio CPA/PAC, the Society's political action committee, is an integral part of our successful legislative track record and particularly the Society's recent record of success. Without a strong PAC, your services may very well be taxed in Ohio. Your breadth of services could be severely limited by an extension of the “unauthorized practice of law.” There are a multitude of ways government intervention could negatively impact the way you practice if the profession doesn’t actively work to help elect business- and accounting-friendly legislators.
