General session speakers will include:

Bill Conley—opening key note speaker will be presenting “Attitude: The Key to Success.” Conley served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for The Ohio State University for 17 years. He served under three head coaches while at OSU: Earle Bruce, John Cooper and Jim Tressel. He is the author of Buckeye Bumper Crops which is a behind the scenes look at some of the most humorous, intriguing and inspirational stories surrounding one of the most successful programs in college football.
Pete Margaritis—Margaritis will host a team building session. A CPA who blends his 23 years of corporate work experience with his hobby as an amateur stand-up comic provides a presentation that is sure to help increase productivity and profitability.
Todd Dewett—Back by popular demand, Dewett is a tenured associate professor of management at Wright State University. Before entering academia, Dewett was a management consultant with Andersen Consulting as well as Ernst & Young, focusing on process reengineering and change management.
