College Scholarship Program
Each year The Ohio CPA Foundation awards thousands of dollars in college scholarships to deserving Ohio students. Candidates are required to complete an application, write a cover letter explaining why they should be the scholarship recipient and include a resume and official academic transcript.
Regional scholarship recipients are then invited to attend Scholarship Day held at The Ohio Society of CPAs. Participating recipients are interviewed by a panel of judges who are members of The Ohio Society of CPAs. The student demonstrating the best knowledge of the issues facing the accounting profession receives an additional scholarship of $3,000.
