Agreed upon rules and procedures for nonprofit child caring agencies

The Ohio Society worked with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) to draft common sense agreed upon procedures for non-profit child caring agencies (5101:2-47-26.1 of the Ohio Administrative Code).

Society staff and member volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure that the rules balanced accountability with cost. The result was rules that were not overly burdensome to non-profits and their auditors so that the cost of the engagement did not usurp money from funding the mission of the non-profit organization.
