Print Advertisements
Promoting your firm in local print publications can be very effective. The following print advertisements are available:
Each ad is available in full page and half page PDF versions, as well as 4-color and black-and-white. The ad allows space for you to add your firm contact information.
The AICPA offers tips on producing your marketing materials, such as:
- The full page and half page ads are based on a 3-column standard and generally are easily adjusted for placement in standard publications.
- Each ad incorporates a white area in the lower left corner where your firm’s logo and contact information should be placed. Please reference the low resolution PDF for proper placement. This PDF should be given to your printer for guidance and the high resolution PDF should be given for actual printing.
- When providing ads to a publication, please contact the publication first to obtain the exact specification and size requirements on how the ads should be submitted.
- In addition to the high-resolution PDF, be sure to provide the printer with a high-resolution version of your firm’s logo and contact information, and the low-resolution PDF to indicate proper placement.
The following guidelines, provided by the AICPA, must be followed when producing the marketing materials:
- When printing the CPA Marketing Toolkit brochures, the CPA logo, the AICPA copyright and the 360 Degrees of Financial literacy logo and Web site must remain on the back panel.
- If brochures, speeches and any other collateral materials that exist on the CPA Marketing Toolkit are reproduced for other communications, proper attribution must be given to the AICPA.
- Low-resolution PDF is provided only as a guide to show how the final product should look and where to place your firm logo and contact information. Please be advised that as a low-resolution copy, it will not reproduce well in print and should not be copied directly.
- High-resolution PDF is provided for your magazine or local newspaper.
